Centerpoint Memorial Officiant Policy - I will take responsibility to connect with the Event Coordinator in Advance of the service to discuss personal details, expectations, parameters, etc of the situation,

Centerpoint Memorial Officiant Policy - If service is held outside of Centerpoint Church, I will ensure that all location details are secured and well-communicated in advance of service.

Centerpoint Memorial Officiant Policy - I agree to provide the requested fee to the Officiant on the day of the ceremony with cashiers check or personal check made out directly to the officiant.
