Worship Pastor/Director

The Worship Pastor/Director directs the departments of worship and band. The Worship Pastor/Director is an on-platform pastor who will lead, direct and build all worship leaders and musicians. There may also be opportunities to preach occasionally. The Worship Pastor/Director will oversee, direct, and develop the staff involved in all Centerpoint worship experiences.

Salary Range: Starting at $65-70K per year DOQ

Next Gen Pastor

The Next Gen Pastor [NGP] is a full-time pastoral position to help Centerpoint achieve its mission – specifically with Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Young Adults, and families! The Next Gen Pastor’s primary role is to reach, equip, and deploy the Next Generation to faithfully pursue God’s call on their lives!

Salary Range: $70-78K per year DOQ

CP Kids Creative Coordinator

The role of the Creative Coordinator is to carry out the vision of CPkids through engaging worship, crafts, and games to all levels within CPkids. The Creative Coordinator will collaborate with the Education Coordinator to execute weekly services by capturing all creative aspects of a children’s ministry.

Salary Range: $17-$21 per hour DOQ

Facilities Assistant

This position is responsible for fulfilling all needs for all areas of janitorial, maintenance and custodial care. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining building facilities, small projects, and regular inspection of areas for needed care. The Facilities Assistant must have a servant's heart for the church and have the desire to take care of Centerpoint’s property with excellence in a Christ like manner.

Salary Range: $15.50 per hour

The CPKIDS Care Team Member supports Centerpoint’s mission of loving and leading people to a life-changing connection with Christ by providing childcare for midweek programs. They collaborate with the Children’s Pastor to align the vision of Children’s Ministries with that of the Lead Pastor.

Salary Range: $15.50 per hour
